2026 Cohort
Lillian Heinz is currently a student at University of Alaska Fairbanks, studying Wildlife Biology & Conservation with a minor in Fisheries. She began her post-secondary journey as a student at Alaska Middle College School, taking part in the University of Anchorage's Student Research and Creative Scholarship Showcase at 16. She hopes to pursue a career in arctic research or wildlife advisory, having spent 4 months interning as a wildlife advisor with oil & gas company Hilcorp through the Gifted Student Mentorship.
Outside of college, Lillian enjoys rock climbing and snow boarding! She also takes part in UAF's on-campus groups, such as the Honors College and Wildlife Society.
